At Vokka Perfumes, we want you to be completely enamored with your signature scent. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused fragrances in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original box and protective sleeve to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the seal remains intact for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our olfactory specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
